Q) I just placed an order! When should I expect it?
A) We’re so excited for you! Orders over $100 ship free. We typically process orders within 24 hours (M–F, excluding holidays), then ship via USPS with a tracking number to your email. Questions or delays? Just email our team...we’ve got you.


Q) I live locally or will be visiting for the weekend, do I have to have my items shipped?
A) Absolutely! Select FREE local pickup at checkout. Orders placed before 12PM on business days are ready the same day; after 12PM, the next day. You’ll get an email when it's ready. Easy, huh?


Q) How do your items fit?
A) Every line fits a little differently...because variety is the spice of life! We list fit notes per item and provide a general chart:

    Q) Can I return items?
    A) We want you to love what you ordered! You can return brand‑new, unworn, unwashed items (with tags and no visible wear or smells) within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges.

    Several items we sell are final sale. With this in mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! Sale items  (permanent markdowns, Thirsty Thursday Deals, and anything discounted for whatever reason) are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

    Due to hygiene reasons all intimates, seamless + bralettes are final sale. Accessories, jewelry, handbags, and home decor are also final sale only.

    *If shipped, the 14 day window begins from the day USPS tracking indicated the item was delivered. If you select in store pick up, 14 days begins from the day the items are fulfilled and ready for you to pick up*

     
    Q) Where do I ship my items that are eligible for return?
    A) Ship returns back at your expense with tracking (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We credit your account within 48–72 hours of receiving your items.

    Q) The item I got doesn’t fit. I want to return it and exchange it for a size larger/smaller.
    A) We don’t offer direct exchanges due to inventory shifts. Instead, return your item for credit and reorder what you’d like. You’ll only get store credit—not a refund.


    Q) The item I received is defective.
    A) We hope this never happens, but if it does, send us an email WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM and clearly list the defect. We will happily exchange the item for you.
     
    Q) I placed my order last night. Am I able to change it the following morning?
    A) Because orders are processed fast (as we mentioned… like microspeed fast), we can’t cancel or change them once they’re placed. Want something different? You can return for store credit once it arrives.

     

    Q) What if my package says it's delivered but I never received it?
    A) Once your package leaves our hands with a tracking number, USPS handles the rest. Contact your local post office—they have GPS scanners and should be able to help track it down.

     
    Q) How do I purchase a gift card?
    A) Click the Gift Cards tab, pick the amount ($10–$100), enter recipient details at checkout, and you’re set. Online gift cards are for online shopping only. If you’d prefer an in‑store gift card, just call us at 813‑374‑2394—we’ll help you out!
