Refund policy

 

Cancellation or Change:

 

As soon as an order is placed we begin to process and ship it as quickly as we can. Because of this, we are unable to change, cancel, or add orders once they are placed. You are able to return the order to us for store credit once it is received.


Why Not Boutique Returns (excluding Gasparilla):

You may return most new, unworn items with original tags still attached within 14 days* of receiving your items for store credit. We must receive the item within the 14 day time frame. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected. All items must still have tags attached. Shipping fees are non refundable. 

 

Sale items (permanent markdowns, Thirsty Thursday Deals, and anything discounted for whatever reason), Jewelry, Bralettes, Masks, Candy, & Hair Accessories are FINAL SALE.  No exceptions.

  • All returns are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • All returns are processed through & store credit is issued through your original avenue of purchase. All web orders receive webstore credit. All Comment Sold purchases receive Comment Sold Credit. All in store purchases receive credit to use for in store purchases only - this includes any phone orders or paypal invoices -anything that is processed through our in store point of sale system.
  • If more than 5 items are returned in a 30 day period a 20% restocking fee will be assessed per returned item over the allotted 5.  

 

*If shipped, the 14 day window begins from the day USPS tracking indicated the item was delivered. If you select in store pick up, 14 days begins from the day the items are fulfilled and ready for you to pick up*

Gasparilla Returns:

  • ALL online Gasparilla themed merchandise is FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes App purchases, Social Media purchases, & purchases made on our website.

Online Exclusives Information:

Shipping time:

Items in our Online Exclusives section of the webstore are not physically held by Why Not Boutique. If you order one of these items, please note most of these items are shipped to you through a California showroom from an overseas warehouse. Items can take 10 to 14 business days to process overseas prior to shipping to California before making their way to you. Therefore these items could take up to 20 business days to reach your door. 

If your order includes an item from our Online Exclusives and an item that does not, they will be processed and shipped separately. 

Returns for Items labeled "Online Exclusives":

Why Not Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Why Not Boutique 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Why Not Boutique will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.


ORDER ERRORS/DAMAGED ITEMS: 

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s). All original tags must still be attached. If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 3 days from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged.  We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 3 day period for return. No exceptions. If you notice an item is defective and its been more than 3 days since delivery, we cannot replace the item. If the item is damaged during wear, we cannot replace the item. If you do not notice a damage until you remove the tags and/or wear it, we cannot replace the item. We aim to keep our prices affordable and by abiding by our policies, you will help that continue! 

 

EXCHANGES:

Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit.  We do not issue refunds.


Additional Notes:  

Why Not Boutique is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen packages. All returns must be credited to the original account used to purchase the item(s). Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number. If you return more than five (5) items in a 30 day period, a 20% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return for each item returned. We do our best to help you decide the size you need before ordering so please let us know if you have any questions at all before ordering. Before ordering multiple sizes of one item, please ask us so we can help you with the fit!
